And, if ya just gotta have it, only buy one pack of your fav binge food (chocolate covered pretzels) in the single serving pack, so you've gotta go back to (or back in - if you're eating it in the car) the store for more.

Re: Kick Ass Chicken Curry

Ok i have made this twice now. My feedback is that this recipe is VERY good with the juice of 2 lemons added...could also do limes too. This gives it a more rounded flavor. Also, use the real deal coconut milk (as you suggest). I used 2 cans of the lite stuff because that was all I had and the results were WAY better with the real stuff. I am about to eat my 2nd batch and think that the fat of the real stuff makes this meal stick with me longer.

Re: Kick Ass Chicken Curry

I think I need to prep this for tomorrow!!

Re: Green Curry

Thank you! I'm going to try whipped cream with sliced strawberries and blueberries on your pancake recipe.

Here's a recipe for Whipped Cream from Raw: The Uncook Book by Juliano:
_________
1-1/2 cups raw walnuts, cashews, are favorite nuts
filtered water for soaking nuts
1/2 cup fresh-squeezed orange juice
2 tablespoons dates
a few drops of almond extract (optional)

Cover nuts with water and allow to soak for at least 2 hours. Drain nuts and add all ingredients to blender. Blend well, scraping sides continuously until creamy. Taste for sweetness and consistency - add water if cream is too stiff. Continue blending until fluffy and smooth. Use immediately.
_________

Thanks,

- Chris

Re: Chicken curry, the easy Honestpt way!

That looks really good right about now!

Re: Anyone with any imperfections out there?

Great post Paisley!
